1. You agree to insert the HTML code we provide to you in as many webmaster oriented pages as you want. Webmaster page is page intended only for webmasters. If you have toplist, TGP, free hosting or other service, webmaster page is not your ranking page, your TGP page nor any page on your freehosting where your members have their sites. Webmaster page is any page where you have rules for webmasters, submit form, buttons, banners or so. The banner must be easily visible on your page. You want your banner to be easily visible, and so do other members. We reserve the right to verify the correct placement of our HTML code through any means.

2. You can't open more than 2 new windows (consoles) when people get to your site through your advertising on the banner exchange. We also reserve the right to terminate your account if your web site displays an inordinate number of banners.

3. You may not artificially inflate traffic counts to your site using any device, program or other means. You may only insert the HTML code once per page. You may not include the HTML code on any pages that automatically reload or forward to another page without interaction from the visitor of the site or on pages not visible to the general public.

4. Sites containing child pornography or warez are NOT allowed to participate in WebmasterChange. We reserve the right to deny your participation for this reason.

5. WebmasterChange, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of WebmasterChange.

6. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold WebmasterChange harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
